NATTO Fermented Soybean Recipe

Natto & Cheese Bruschetta



  1. Combine eggs, cream and salt and pepper
  2. In a sauté pan, place the butter
  3. When the pan gets hot, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  4. Keep stirring the egg mixture with chopsticks or spatula, just like making scramble eggs.
  5. Add natto at the very end, and pour truffle oil over and stir it again.
