Japan Traditional Foods Inc. (J.T.F.) was established in 2006. Two years later, the very specialized natto making process was transferred from Japan to our facility in California's Sonoma County Wine Country, home of so many cutting edge agricultural products.
Since 2008, Japan Traditional Foods, Inc. has been producing and distributing the highest quality of organic, naturally fermented natto in the United States.
July 31, 2013, Japan Traditional Foods, Inc. has completed a restructuring of our company so that our new name is MegumiNATTO, Inc.
